Kyle is a transdisciplinary researcher bridging visualization/human-computer interaction and chemistry. The common theme that runs through his work is that of harnessing the broad capabilities of computers to transform our understanding of the world and the ways we interact with data. Kyle’s passion for transdisciplinary work is why he chose to complete an interdisciplinary PhD in Chemistry and Computer Science under the supervision of Dr. Sheelagh Carpendale and Dr. Peter G. Kusalik at the University of Calgary. Kyle is currently a post-doctoral fellow at Temple University in Philadelphia.
